TEAM MANAGEMENT

Give people the access they need and nothing else

Invite people into an organization with a role that fits: owner, admin, member, or viewer. Build custom roles when the four defaults are too blunt, and see every access change in the audit log.

HOW IT WORKS

Team Management in three steps.

01

Invite by email

Owners and admins send an invitation with the role attached. The invitation expires after seven days, so a forgotten invite does not stay open indefinitely.

02

They join with the right access

Accepting the invitation places the person in the organization with exactly the permissions their role carries — no manual setup afterwards.

03

Adjust as things change

Change a role, remove a member, or build a custom role for an unusual case. Every change is written to the audit log.

CAPABILITIES

A closer look at team management.

Roles That Make Sense

Owner and admin hold full access. Member can create and manage links, campaigns, pages, tests, webhooks, and integrations. Viewer can look but not touch.

  • Owner
  • Admin
  • Member
  • Viewer

Custom Roles

When the defaults do not fit, define a role from individual permissions — for example someone who may read analytics and manage campaigns but never touch billing.

  • Permission-level control
  • Custom roles per organization
  • Built-in roles protected from edits

Safe Delegation

Nobody can grant access they do not themselves hold, so handing out admin rights cannot quietly escalate someone above their own level.

  • Permission grants limited to the granter's own access
  • System-level permissions reserved
  • Role changes written to the audit log

Multiple Organizations

One account can belong to several organizations, each with its own role, plan, and data — useful for agencies and consultants.

  • Separate role per organization
  • Independent data per workspace
  • Member count governed by plan
USE CASES

Where teams put it to work.

  • Agencies working across client workspaces
  • Giving contractors limited, temporary access
  • Read-only dashboards for executives
  • Separating campaign teams by permission
  • Onboarding new marketers quickly
  • Keeping billing access to a small group

Least privilege, without the admin overhead

Four sensible roles cover most teams, custom roles handle the rest, and nobody can hand out more access than they hold themselves.
